Mutating, administrative, proxy, registration, deployment, sync, test-triggering, reporting, and write actions require PLATPHORM_API_KEY. Public discovery never exposes raw keys, cookies, raw JA4, raw x-vercel-ja4-digest, private arguments, protected results, or private logs.
